Fancy chippy chips

Grand Frites is a gourmet chip shop at the Bandai Bus Center Building, and the whole premise of it is that you've got fresh chips and a bunch of different dipping sauces you can pair them with. I love that you can actually see the potatoes on display in their shop window (no frozen chippies here!), and the dips include some fancy ones like truffle mayo and aioli.
