Bread made with love

The first time I went looking for this bakery I was puzzled. Google Maps indicates it's in the lane behind the antique Nakamura Shoten building. The entrance is on the south side and the bakery is located in the Showa era house within the garden. The artisanal baker makes rolls, stuffed breads, and loaves that are flavorful, chewy. They also have a sourdough quality with that characteristic sharpness. It's only open from Thursday to Saturday with limited hours.
