Nice cafe with western food options and vegan sweets

1/4 Karat in Hamura is a pleasant cafe with a menu that leans towards western food options. There are numerous pasta dishes, lasagna, and calzones, with a few Japanese-style options thrown in. Something I was impressed by here was that they offer vegan sweets options -- pretty cool for those eating a vegan diet. They had a vegan banana pound cake and a vegan tofu cheesecake on the menu when I visited. The tofu cheesecake did say it had a honey sauce, so strict vegans would probably want to omit that part, but it was encouraging to see nonetheless.
