Free open garden

Hana no Michi Fukuda is located near to Moroyama Park. It is a private garden that is open to the public. Incredibly, it is completely free. There are other open gardens in the area that open seasonally and charge for entry. I went during cosmos season and the garden is absolutely stunning. It is surprisingly large too - for a garden.
