Chinese Knife-cut noodle specialty

Around Abiko Station's south exit, there is a handful of noodle shops. Fukushohanten is an authentic Chinese restaurant that does knife-cut noodle dishes. For lunch, I had tonkotsu ramen. The broth was lighter than typical tonkotsu but full of rich flavours. The bowl was topped with greens, perhaps mustard or komatsuna, and braised pork slices. The presentation is nice, too, in large bowls with oversized renge spoons. The restaurant does Sichuan and Taiwan cuisine, dim sum, and set menus. The seating includes tables and zashiki floor seating.
