Nice, super inexpensive cafe but only open on weekdays
Park Cafe Tomarigi is a nice spot to grab a coffee or cake, but the downside is that they're only open on weekdays, so don't stop by on a weekend expecting them to be open! There's a fairly simple menu lineup including things like drip coffee, neapolitan pasta, gratin, baumkuchen cake, etc., but the real surprise is the prices -- I don't know anywhere you can get coffee at a cafe for only 150 yen other than here. The coffee is self-service though which probably keeps the costs down!
