Good acoustics, rental spaces

I've been to a few concerts and presentations at this modern glass, steel, and concrete event venue. It's part of Kashiwa's municipal infrastructure. The various halls, music and dance practice spaces, and arts and crafts workshops are available for rent by both Kashiwa residents and non-residents. The hall is well-kept and has attractive sightlines for taking post-performance photos. The plaza area has a permanent exhibit of a model pagoda.
