G Lab Niigata is a cool cafe on the second floor of a building, and the first floor is a plant shop -- so you can get some new greenery before or after you get your caffeine fix! They've got quite a good lineup of coffee options including various flavored lattes, and some desserts including a choc berry cake which is delicious! If you don't drink coffee they've also got some delicious juices and sodas to choose from.
