Great place for a small group business lunch,

I haven’t been here for dinner, but this is a go-to lunch spot when I need to organize small group business lunches in the Nagatacho area. Its location is fairly convenient for non-government workers, but for folks who do work in government, this is a piece of cake to get to. The food is decent, too. At lunchtime, the first floor is dedicated to the cheaper soba-centric options, and the second floor offers tonkatsu-based dishes. The prices are a little bit higher than your standard lunch sets in the area, but that’s in pet because Kurosawa offers history and ambiance that most Tokyo eateries do not. That, too, adds to the appeal for a business meeting. The only other con is that the restaurant can be a bit cramped at the peak of lunch hour. There are private rooms you can reserve, but you have to pay a room reservation fee of several thousand yen.
