Tasty tempura
Coro Kappes is a restaurant in Niigata City's Chuo ward, and the specialty here is tempura. What makes a visit here unique is the fact that they have a tempura sauce that is a bit of a family secret over the last 40 or so years! It has a milder taste than some other tempura sauces I've tried before, but I think that's actually a nice thing! They are cash only, so just keep that in mind if you plan on stopping by.
