Safe Bet, but Lacking Atmosphere
You can't go wrong with a HUB bar for relatively reasonably priced drinks and bar food. But this branch at Kichijoji lacked the atmosphere of the other HUB bars I have been to in Tokyo and Kanagawa. It might just have been a quiet night. The bar is up a stairs. They have mainly stool seating and high tables. They have a happy hour.
