Opus is a new cafe in Kashiwazaki that only opened in the last month or so, and it's located at the premises of the Little Garden Moe flower shop. They've got some good main dish options including a variety of open-faced sandwiches and a couple of curry options, plus coffee, tea, juices, and a couple of sweets -- panna cotta and a sweet potato ice cream were on the menu when I visited. A really nice vibe and the flower shop is well worth checking out too (I've reviewed it previously).
