    Cool for contemporary art fans

This piece is part of a former year's Echigo Tsumari Art Triennale event by British creator Richard Deacon, and it's located off the roadside of Tokamachi (Google Map coordinates are 37°09'58.1"N 138°38'25.6"E). I think it's unique and cool if you like contemporary art, since it's a metallic style jumble that could be interpreted as a mountain ;) I personally think what makes this art display so nice is the scenery surrounding it. That mix of man-made + nature always appeals to me, and the views from here are lovely.
