Market Hall is in the first building as you come into Metsa from the Entrance Road. There are two floors. It is a modern building with large windows and a high ceiling creating a lofty, bright feel. The hall has a selection of high end shops selling food or souvenirs or novelty items. You can pick up some take away food, freshly baked, and eat outside with a view of Miyazawa lake. There are tables outside with parasols and cool mist blowing to keep the area marginally cooler in summer. There are toilets and baby changing and feeding facilities nearby.
