Great location, great service
I've stayed at the Cerulean in Tokyo on a couple of occasions, and was always thoroughly impressed with my experiences. The rooms are more spacious than most places in Tokyo, and buffet breakfast was included in our stays -- there was a ton of options to choose from as well. The main selling point IMO is that it's got such a great location, with plenty of attractions and great shopping just a short stroll away. When the budget permits it'd be my #1 choice.

Great luxury hotel in Shinjuku
Had an amazing stay at this hotel. The price point was initially a little eyebrow raising, but it was clear once we checked in that it was a clear case of you get what you pay for. The room was spacious and had an excellent view of Tokyo. The bathroom was furnished with salon quality skin care and body wash and a jacuzzi style bath tub along with a rain drop shower head that I positively adored. The concierge had excellent recommendations for nearby shops, restaurants, and night life spots. The Japanese style breakfast was an excellent glimpse of traditional Japanese style dining, and the Western style had an amazing amount of both healthy and more decadent options on order, that an made to order omelette/egg bar that was a welcome part of the breakfast experience.
