Office tower with atrium, rooftop restaurants

MTG for short, the Makuhari Techno Garden is a complex with plazas and towers with various services. The object of my visit was a seminar in the office tower's rental meeting rooms. I prepared my notes in the glass atrium between the buildings. The atrium has public wifi provided by Docomo. It's spacious and light-filled with green plants, tables, and bench seating. There's an automated piano, too. The garden in front of the glass atrium has winter illuminations. The top floor of the office tower has restaurants and the plaza level has convenience stores. Note that there didn't appear to be any waste bins for paper and plastic, so you have to bring your refuse back to the convenience stores.
