Budget eats, homely atmosphere

Coffee Rumba in Tsubame is located in what is from all intents and purposes a regular house, so it's really easy to miss -- smack bang in a residential area. Although the business name says coffee, the main focus here is ramen, of which they have many types: tonkotsu, miso, shio, spicy miso, the list goes on. They also have a couple of other dishes like curry rice and fried rice. The ambience is lacking IMO -- for instance, the chairs are folding chairs -- but the food is just fine and reasonably priced.
