The Nagaoka City Greening Center Flower Terrace is a nice place to appreciate various blooms throughout the seasons, with a myriad of different things on display -- both indoors and outdoors. If you are planning to visit they're usually closed on Tuesday, but open from 9am until 5pm every other day of the week. The center is about 5 minutes drive from Nagaoka Station, or about 15-20 minutes on foot.
