Featuring Boso Peninsula art and culture

The Sakura City Museum of Art is a hybrid building combining the former Kawasaki Bank building and a modern structure. The first view of the museum is the preserved bank building with its classic architectural motifs. Inside, you'll be treated to artwork and crafts produced by locally famous people who exemplify the Boso Peninsula's rich culture. It's worth taking the time to see this extensive collection of Chiba Prefecture treasures. Admission to the museum is free.
