Under the Tsukuba Express line at Kashiwa no Ha Campus Station is a line of small, privately-owned eateries in the old fashioned ideom. They're a yokocho the likes of which you find in older, established neighborhoods. But this row only opened in 2018. And it looks like the business owners mostly survived the pandemic. All but one of the 20 shops is in operation. There is a lot of variety here with ramen, sushi, and izakaya fare. You could easily hop between them, too.
