Nice vibe, seasonally-focused eats

Garden House is located on the fourth floor of Shinjuku's NEWoMan mall, and it's a nice place for a meal particularly if you like seasonally-focused eats. They have a variety of menu offerings including burgers, pizza, pasta, and pancakes, so overall it's very Western inspired. Lots of seating and the proximity to Shinjuku Station is excellent as well.
