Imagine Coffee

Fresh roasted coffee, delicious sweets, friendly service

Before traveling to Matsue recently, I was researching good coffee shops in the area - and one that always came up was Imagine Coffee. I was pleased that the reviews didn't disappoint, and it was as good as everyone had been saying. I had the Honduras Blend Drip Coffee and it was smooth and flavorful - even if you don't like your coffee black I think you'd still enjoy it because it didn't seem bitter at all. They also have some delicious muffins (the orange was super good!) and some light lunch options like sandwiches and salads. The only real disappointment (which is aside from their coffee!) is just how late they open. Midday until 11.30pm are their hours - except for Sundays when they're closed. 12pm is later than what I'd prefer to have coffee, and I definitely need caffeine before that time of day, so I wish they'd open earlier!
