    Green and modern shopping complex

The name is a mouthful and comes from the hawks that soar over the Tone Canal nearby. What's inside is a good selection of shops such as Ito Yokado with an extensive food floor reminiscent of depa-chika in Tokyo. There are a number of coffee shops and casual restaurants that make it a good spot for a date or catch up with friends. The Toho Cinema on site features an Imax laser theater. What I like about it is all the outdoor space and greenery. The plaza in front is shaded by trees and occasionally has events and displays. There's seating on a large wooden deck and staircase for leisurely drinking coffee. Ten of the shops in the complex have free wifi. I noticed some people working outside on their laptop computers, likely connected to the free wifi service of the closest shop.
