Umbrellas for both the sun and rain

Hokusai Graphic are operated by Wargo, which you will find reviewed on City-cost too. Wargo only opened in Kawagoe in March 2026, but they opened this Hokusai Graphic the previous year in 2025. It's a lovely addition to the tourist area of Kawagoe. They sell Japanese and patterned umbrellas, ones for the sun, ones for the rain, and ones that can be used in both the sun and rain. They make a nice gift too.
