I always appreciate a well-priced lunch menu at an Italian restaurant, and Famille in Niigata City has some great options for 1100 yen. They offer a lunch set that comes with your choice of several fresh pasta dishes (there were options like tomato and basil with mozzarella, spicy bacon and mushrooms, or mentaiko) along with a salad bar, and to me that's pretty good value for money these days!
