Newly opened library facility

Hontoka is a newly opened library facility in the Ojiya area of Niigata, and it's a great resource to the community -- there are around 150,000 books in their collection, including stuff for both adults and kids. There are also dedicated study spaces if you want to visit and get some work done. The actual venue is beautiful, too, with lots of attention paid to the design. Check it out if you're in the area!
