Try the carrot cake!

Accent is a cute cafe in Nagano which is hard to miss thanks to its bright yellow entrance door, and I'd definitely recommend popping in if you're a local or passing through. They have a good variety of sweet treats on any given day, including things like pudding cake, chocolate cake, flavored shortbreads, and muffins. I had the carrot cake which was absolutely delicious -- I would 100% revisit for it! There's a small parking lot on the side of the building, but it's also walkable from Zenkojishita Station.
