American-style fare with a Japanese spin at Green Springs Tachikawa

Craving a good burger in Tachikawa? I really liked Under the Cascade when we were in the area recently. It's located at the Green Springs Tachikawa complex, and the menu takes nods from American diner culture but with a Japanese spin. There are a variety of delicious burgers including some unusual offerings, including a baked apple burger and teriyaki egg burger, but they have regular hamburgers and cheeseburgers too. They also offer grill plates (steak, rice, fries, salad), taco rice, poke bowls, and more. The atmosphere is really nice, it's a trendy premises but still felt family friendly.
