Intercultural Institute of Japan

Introduction

“Japanese for everyone who needs it.”

Japanese-language educators since 1977, Intercultural Institute of Japan have been using their experience to educate learners and meet the needs of every person, company, and society to achieve real Japanese-language communication.

Through an established worldwide network, the school can provide support to students prior to their arrival in Japan, as well as offer courses to suit learners who are already based in the country.

Features

Life at the Intercultural Institute of Japan is all about academic achievement in an environment that is relaxed and fun. Here students, teachers, and staff interact with ease, and ex-students return to say ‘Konichiwa’.

Courses suit all needs and levels, from long-term to short-term study. Whether you’re reading this from overseas or you’re already in Japan, there will be something for you. The school’s Weekly Course is unique in that students can join at any time. Other short-term courses provide a great opportunity for those that want to get a taste of life/study in Japan before deciding on something long-term.

For those who have already decided they love life in Japan, Intercultural Institute classes guide to JLPT success, entrance to Japanese universities, and provide guidance for resume writing and job interviews.

Learning a language is about communication. Intercultural Institute fosters a fun environment for students to talk and make friends. It’s ‘intercultural’ for a reason, with events, parties, photo contests, and futsal all adding to the sense of community. There are also opportunities to mix with Japanese students on the school’s teacher training course. A good chance to practice what you just learned in class!

Cultural centers like Akihabara and Asakusa are nearby. School accommodation is just seconds from class, and an elevator makes this school accessible for those with disabilities.

Staff can support in multiple languages so you needn’t be afraid to pick up the phone and give them a call.
