"How To" Posts for the pick-up
City-cost are great for taking our recommendations on board. Now that the first thing you see when you click is on to the blog section is "popular" posts, maybe next we can get the "How To" section refreshed! Its been stuck with the same old "How To" posts for more than two years now. Have you any "How To" posts that you would like to see highlighted in that section? Or have you written any "How To" posts recently? I still miss the themes where it was structured in that "how-to" phrasing! I am sure I've probably written "how-to" posts in the meantime, but probably didn't word them as such and they've been lost in the ether. I really like ToneToEdo's "where to" idea. That would be a cool one to have! It could include everything from where to find certain things, where to do certain things, where to travel...the list goes on!

@genkidesu A lot of things I'm after are "where to" issues. Where to get products from my home country, Canada, and the countries my family members picked up cuisine and daily habits. Kind of a grab bag of Europe and South America. Sometimes, I just want somebody to ELI5 - explain it like I'm five - how to use services, manage finances, and deal with Japanese bureaucracy.

@genkidesu I know right, it's so hard to remember all the posts we've written! I am sure I have others, but unless I come across them accidentally, I know I won't remember or even be able to find them.

@BigfamJapan, the "How to" posts really pushed me to explain how I do things, where I find them, and how I use them. They really stretched my writing skills! Useful for everybody, OGs and newbies, right?
