  If you are able to come into Tokyo, there were a number of shops by Ryogoku Station that sold "sumo-sized" Yukata. I know that many years ago, I was able to buy one as a gift for some not small members of my family. They were not the fancy ones, but the post-bath types, like found in hotels.

  I check out the back of the store in the plus sized section at the largest, closest Aeon. I found a jimbei set in 5L that perfectly fit my 6'4 father. Not the most gorgeous selection, but there are some big ones, usually way in the back somewhere.
