Recommended ADSL provider

My house just got rejected by NTT for the hikari line connection. So have to stick to adsl or pocket wifi.. Please advise me on which is better and which provider to take. I live in Tokyo btw. Thank you

    If you are using Softbank network, then Softbank Air will be your best choice because you can get a discount for your phone bill and it is faster than ADSL. http://www.softbank.jp/ybb/special/air/ If you are using other providers WiMax is your best choice. http://www.uqwimax.jp/signup/trywimax/ Try it for 15 days and make sure your area is covered by WiMax. Both of the services I mention above use LTE, it is faster then ADSL and no need for installation.
