Recommendations for a large capacity power bank
I am in the market for a new power bank, preferably one with a large capacity and features such as a built in LED light and multiple outputs for charging devices. Have you any recommendations for a good power bank?
Former nickname was "Saitama". Changed it to save confusion on place review posts! Irish, 20+ years in Japan! I also write on my personal website: insaitama.com

I have an Elecom portable battery for charging devices. Elecom is a reliable Japanese company. The portable battery has USB-C, USB-A, and micro USB-B ports. It's not too heavy. Amazon has them for under 2700 yen. Or are you asking about a household UPS? I've been mulling the idea of getting one for emergencies.

I've been looking into getting one for my household to use, and honestly it's a good reminder with the earthquake last night for preparedness. I see a lot of good things about the Anker brand and there are some on Amazon JP that have the features you need. I'll wait to see what others say, though, because it will probably influence my purchasing decisions too!

@BigfamJapan You're welcome! The idea of a household UPS came to mind after a conversation with our institution's IT department head. Industrial UPS units last for hours on auxiliary batteries. Household units typically provide power to your computer setup for up to an hour. For now, handheld cheapos like the one I mentioned provide enough juice to power my mobile devices when I'm on the go.

@genkidesu I am kicking myself, because I did buy one (well I paid the money my son did the "shopping"), but I gave it to him when he was going back to Ireland without taking a photo or properly clocking which brand I bought or any details! I don't even know if he can use it with the different plugs, but he says he has an adapter that sorts voltage too and seemed convinced there wouldn't be a problem so I took his word for it. (I must check with him to see how its going!) I do intend to get one for myself too, so I will get back to you!
