The first thing that I really liked about this product was the budget friendly price point. At only 138 yen including tax, it's a fairly inexpensive way to get your sweets fix. When you compare it to the price point of something like this at an independent bakery, it affirms the fact that you're getting a great deal even more. The taste of this is great, too. The almond flavor isn't as pronounced as some other florentines that I've had before, but that might actually be a positive for some people! The crispy texture was great, though!

As I mentioned above, this product doesn't have as much of a pronounced almond flavor as some other florentines I've tried. If you really appreciate that strong almond flavor then you might feel a little disappointed with this option. The portion size also isn't very big, so if you're looking for something with a bit more volume to it then I'd also suggest something else. Overall though, I enjoyed this -- I don't know that I'd necessarily go out of my way to purchase it again, but it kicked my sweets craving!
