群马县是个处于日本关东地区的内陆县市。县首都虽是前桥市， 但县内最大的城市却是高崎市， 目前人口约三十七万五千人。因为群马县的人都习惯开车， 所以她的人口车辆比率是全国最高的！群马县处于山区， 所以大部分人都集中在中部和东南部。也因为有多山，火山温泉也很多。到群马县旅游，可以轻易在前桥站租到自行车，价钱也非常值得。群马县的大泉市和伊势崎市是巴西日籍集中的地方， 所以到处可见巴西超市，服饰店和餐馆。
