Decent but not Good
After seeing another review of this shop, I must admit that this is one of the weakest shops I have ever eaten at multiple times. Besides their decent but overpriced mazesoba, they do not actually have a direction of what ramen they can do well. Thus they end up with switching their soup ramen up all the time from miso to shoyu to niboshi to chuuka soba to iekei and now tonkotsu. Their iekei with egg cooked into the soup is also the worst iekei I have ever tried. If they stick to mazesoba or even just attempt to master one kind of soup ramen, they will find more success.

Delicious Taiwan Mazesoba
Noodle places can be a hit or a miss, but this place is definitely a hit! I have eaten here a few times, but my favorite is their Taiwan mazesoba. Beware of the spice level though. Even the regular level was too much for my boyfriend! The best part is that they give you a bit of rice for free once you are finished to mixed in with the left over sauce. Their ramen and gyoza is pretty great too. The prices are not too bad, and I have never had too much of a wait there. This is a great spot near Gifu University!
