Chocolate cake & coffee - a must!

Mog Squared Works is a cafe/coffee shop in Muikamachi, Niigata - it's situated not far at all from the Muikamachi Station (literally under 5 minutes on foot). They have great coffee with a variety of beans and roasts available, and their food offerings whilst simple definitely hit the spot when it comes to comfort food - toasted sandwiches, pasta, tandoori chicken and various curries have all been on the menu when I've visited.They also have a phenomenal chocolate cake that's a regular menu item...a must get if it's available! They're open from 11am until 7pm Monday through Saturday, but are closed on Sundays so do bear that in mind if you're making a special trip.
