Feels like a coastal Aussie cafe in the heart of Tokyo
Sometimes in Tokyo it can be a little hard to find those places that are a bit of an escape from the metropolis - which is probably why I like Bondi Cafe so much. There are a couple of stores in the city, but my favorite is this one in the Tokyo suburb of Hiroo. It's tucked away in a spot off the main streets, so it definitely gives you that chill feeling (in line with the name - you almost feel as if you're at a coastal cafe in Australia). The menu here is varied, but is quite healthy overall - and very western. Salads, acai bowls, soups, sweet potato fries - they're all super tasty. I love the salads as you can customize your own, and add on whichever ingredients take your fancy. I can be a little fussy, so it's nice to be able to have all the ingredients I want, and nothing that I don't.
