Trendy cafe in Sapporo city
Late nights are usually not good time to look for a java fix. In fact, one night as I was searching for somewhere to go in Sapporo, I was't expecting to stop into a cafe. But somehow, I ended up at The Lighthouse Coffee. The interior was warm and inviting. It was full of dark wood, which made it feel cozy. Plus, there weren't too many tables available which made it feel more intimate. Thankfully, it wasn't crowded in the evening so I was able to find a seat easily. Unfortunately, the table I chose was really wobbly, but that was really my only complaint with it. I ended up getting an espresso and a coffee milkshake. The espresso was nice and smooth, and the milkshake was sweet, with just a hint of coffee flavor. I wish that I could've tasted more coffee, especially for the price. If you're not looking for coffee (especially in the evening) you can check out their fridge of beers, both domestic and imported. I didn't drink this time, so I'm not sure about prices or selection apart from the picture.
