Tokyo Aburasoba Happy is a relatively new addition to the Bandai Bus Center building in Niigata City, and it's a nice change to your standard ramen/soba/udon offerings. Ordering is done via a vending machine system, but there aren't too many options to choose from so it's not too difficult. The standard aburasoba is 830 yen which is what I'd recommend to start with. One downside is that there is only a limited amount of seating, so depending on the time of day that you visit you may find yourself having to wait.
