    Convenient Bookstore

On the fourth floor of the Nishitetsu Kurume Station (Emax mall), there is a Quest bookstore with CDs and games (including trading cards) on one end and books at the other end. It's great to stop in with some free time and browse, read magazines, or get any stationary you need. They have a nice selection of travel magazines and guides as well as a decent size kids book section. All of the usual study guides are also available. Convenient location although usually a bit stuffy as there are no windows and the air / heat can be too strong at times. We can collect Nimoca points (Kyushu area transportation pass card) shopping here. I recently used my Quo card to stock up on some sketchbooks and pens while they had a 20% off stationary sale over the weekend.
