    Delicious American-style food

Normally, if I were in the States, I wouldn't even consider eating at a TGI Fridays. But, I was roped into going with a Japanese friend who wanted to try it out. Reluctantly, I agreed. Believe me when I said that I was shocked at how much I enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was pretty cheesy, like the Fridays I was so used to in the States. The interior was dark and the walls were plastered with movie posters. Seating was booth style or regular tables, but the booths were definitely more comfortable. The menu was extensive with something for everyone. I'm not a meat eater, so the burgers were off the list, but there were plenty of chicken and non-meat options. My go-to is now a Cobb Salad (customized without bacon, which they were happy to oblige) with ranch dressing. If you're not a fan of ranch, you can choose your dressing. I also tried their French Onion Soup which was delicious, but it was a bit expensive for what it was. The drink menu is just as extensive as their food one is. If you're in the mood for alcohol, consider yourself lucky. They have standard cocktails and mixed drinks, as well as blended drinks. I went with a Strawberry Daiquiri, which was delicious. It's totally worth the price! Everyone here can speak English, at least a bit. I was actually very impressed. Perhaps it was because it's in a very touristy area, or maybe because they know we were English speakers as well, but whatever the case... They do have fluent speakers!
