Niigata's famous Yasuda Yogurt

Yasuda Yogurt is something of a Niigata institution, and there are several different store locations across the prefecture. The most conveniently located one to me right now is the one at Nagaoka Station (it's part of the CoCoLo shopping mall complex that is connected to the station itself). The store here sells a range of different products, including yogurt smoothies, parfaits, soft cream and more. One of their signature products is their caramel topped soft cream which is a must-try. They also have omiyage boxed gifts such as cookies available, and even beauty products! The "schtick" with their beauty products is that they are infused with whey from the yogurt manufacturing process. Haven't tried the beauty products myself but there's a moisturizer, face wash and a body soap in the range.
