Simple supermarket but has all you need
Cupid is a simple supermarket located in Urasa, not far at all from the station. It’s also one of the stops on the shuttle bus for the International University of Japan if you’re studying there and living on campus. What Cupid lacks in bells and whistles, it makes up for in price. They’ve often got great specials on basics like milk, bread, tempura and more. There’s also quite a comprehensive section dedicated to halal foods, which is particularly useful for many of he local students in the area that hail from all over the world. Cupid also have a point card system, where you can gain points that then provide you with various discounts which make purchasing here even better value. Card payments are accepted. Service is always prompt and friendly. There is a small parking lot out the front that consists of around 20 spaces, so depending on the time of day it can be harder to snag a spot.
