Women and babies ONLY! Treat yourself in comfortable surroundings

The name is a mouthful, but it does give a clear picture of what this cafe is about! It is most suited to Mothers with infants, particularly infants that are still not mobile. Children up to 3 years old are welcome and free in, but it really is most suited to children under two years old. You can't bring older children with you during the morning on weekdays. Men can only enter on Sundays. Hoppe as it is called for short, only opened in 2015. It is quite a unique spot; the space too as it is an apartment converted into a "oyako" (parent and child) cafe. It is like being in someone's very nice living room. They have a decent selection of food and anything I've had has tasted very good too. They have a good selection of tea, but there was no coffee the last day I was there. They have a lift, but strollers aren't recommended. They do have a place to store them if you do need to bring one with you. The front door is locked so you can’t just walk in, you need to be buzzed in. You pay for entry and then food is additional, but it is very cheap. They have magazines and manga, foot spa and other relaxation things for Moms to enjoy. Its inside an apartment block on the 2nd floor. It is quite tricky to find. You need to book in advance as they have a limit of the number of people they admit each day. You can book for an hour or more. There is no parking and the nearest coin parking is really expensive.
