Small, but has an indoor splash pool. Adults free, children charged.

A lot of play centres these days, charge adults an admission fee. Soyu Himitsu no Mori is one of the few places I know that don't charge adults, except on weekends if there are MORE than 2 adults. The children's price is quite expensive on a weekend, but it is reasonable on a weekday. They can play for as long as they want for 1200 yen from 1 year old. This play centre is most suited to children under six in my humble opinion. The area is quite small and is divided into three main playing areas. The Secret Waterfall is where the unique element of an indoor splash pool is. Don't worry if you don't have a change of clothes for the kids; you can borrow clothes from an old pile of clothes for them to play in, then change them back into their own clothes going home. You can also rent towels. There are toilets in this area and beside that a small rest area with vending machines. Beside that is the Secret Flower-field which is a fun ball pool with a jumping castle in the middle of it. There is a make believe play area beside that with a toy kitchen. In that area they have some toys for infants. On the far side of reception is the Secret Hill which has some climbing and a wide slide. There was a flying fox here at one point, but it was out of service our last two visits. Soyu Secret Forest is on the 1st floor of Mallage, beside a McDonald's. Parking is free and shared with Mallage. Mallage is six kilometres from Kuki Interchange and a fifteen minute bus ride from Kuki Station. It opens from 10 am to 9 pm, with last entry at 7 pm. The website and in-house information are in Japanese.
