the owner can't speak much English, but is wonderfully friendly funny and will pretend he is fluent.  Their menu has English, but you'll have to ignore the spelling mistakes and odd translations.  There is a counter as well as tables to sit and can definitely be pretty full on weekends. It's often frequented by locals and they are a good chat. The coffee is good and the alcohol drink menu is pretty expansive.average price of about 500en per drink. There are lots of choices in cocktails, flavored plum wines,  beer and what not. The food is also good. They have the typical bar fair, as well as crepes and pasta and pizza. It is a great place for a night out with friends, or if you want to just chat and get some Japanese practice.. It's not far from higashikoizumi station , about an eight minute walk. The decor is fun and eclectic. It sorta gives some Hawaiian wood cabin vibes.
