Relatively cheap parking in good area of Kawagoe

This coin parking is relatively near to the bell tower street of Kawagoe. It is also within walking distance of Kawagoe City Hall. It is fairly convenient for Kore Ga Kakigori shaved ice specialty shop (listed below in the nearby locations). It is the type where a panel raises behind your front wheel a few minutes after you've parked and you have to pay into the machine to get the panel to be lowered again. A lot (but not all) of the coin parking in the Kawagoe area charge 300 yen for half an hour, but here it is only 200 yen during daytime hours and only 100 yen per 30 minutes overnight. And the cost for 24 hours is capped at 1200 yen. The problem is that the driveway is quite narrow. This is not a problem when the car park is empty, but when it is almost full it can be difficult to manoeuvre in. It's also not quite as central as other car lots. Also, there are no English instructions.
