Delicious and fresh salads but pricey

I love a good salad - and it's been a bit of a bugbear of mine that finding hearty salads isn't the easiest thing in Japan like it has been elsewhere that I have lived. Good Life Factory in the Tokyo suburb of Hiroo is an exception to this - they sell tasty and hearty salads that are a complete meal, not just a side dish.

You can choose from one of their many signature salads or design your own bowl (consisting of a base, a dressing, and any other additions you want). Personally I really enjoy their "Glowing Skin" signature salad which has cajun spiced chicken, avocado, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes and pumpkin with a honey mustard dressing. It's 1180 yen which would probably be considered expensive for a salad in my home country - but it's better than eating junk food if I'm craving a healthy meal! Also I have no idea on their claims that this salad is meant to make your skin glow but it makes my tastebuds happy!
