Some of the best coffee in Tokyo (and a cute store to boot)
If you're a fan of good coffee, Onibus Coffee in the Nakameguro area of Tokyo has to be a must-visit. It's a favorite spot of mine when I'm in the Tokyo area. The coffee here is good. Really good. There aren't many choices (for instance, you're not going to find caramel macchiatos or fancy frappucinos like you would at some coffee establishments) but the simplicity in product range means they seem to really put care into the coffee itself, rather than flavoring it with other things. You can get espressos, lattes, Americanos or hand drip coffee here, and I'd venture to say that they'd be close to the best in Tokyo that I've tried - so don't let the limited selection deter you. Seating isn't always easy to come by here, since it's a popular spot and the store size isn't really what you'd call spacious - but you can always get your coffee to go.
